 Prairie Dog Posse food drive
Thanks to all that donated  canned food to our "there goes the neighborhood  prairie dog hunt"  , we donated 125 pounds of  food to the Holy Cross food bank in Casper Wyoming and thanks to Franz Severin for making the delivery, He reports they appreciated it very much. Next year  I hope we can give 4x that amount ,The posse is sending out a challenge to all the bunny huggers to follow suite and donate for hungry humans. I told you we could turn prairie dogs in to use-full food !!.

 5th annual there goes the neighborhood shoot a success!
Thanks to all who attended, We had  approx 25 shooters !, the weather was great and the Virginians 's cooking was superb.most all found plenty of  white tailed prairie dogs to shoot and there were no protestors !. special thanks  to the team from d.o.a. tactical  for driving 600 plus miles to attend and dick teebken for driving just as far from Omaha , neb !.Dean byers was awarded sportsman of the year  award.

The  Prairie dog posse was formed out of necessity by founder Jim Bowman.We are all about having fun here. the  Prairie  Dog posse  members are  a fun crowd who love to dust dogs from dawn to dusk.we don't take kindly to people minding our business!. . We  don't run and we don't hide. you sure as hell won't find us lined up at some coffee house ordering a frappuccino girlie drink or at a  dinner theatre  watching some guy jumping around in purple leotards. We will stand toe to toe to defend and gain ground When it comes to our hunting heritage.

We research  True undiluted  prairie dog stats like those from the us fish and wildlife service and call them the way we see them.

Jim Bowman  was invited to speak on 103.5 The fox  morning radio show with Lewis and Floorwax  for an open debate about the upcoming "there goes the neighborhood " prairie dog hunt, scheduled for June2007  in medicine bow Wyoming, there were few takers during the 45 minute time slot as Bowman spoke hard true facts , the animal rights people don't fare well when confronted with  reality .  says bowman .
